Jesse Quinones

Jesse is a writer/director and producer. Originally from Miami, Fl, he currently splits his time between London and LA. In 2025 he directed on COOPER AND FRY, a new TV series for Channel 5.  He is currently developing HEIST OF BENIN, a spec feature with David Oyelowo attached to star, and Ava Duvernay directing, set up at Studio Canal. Other projects in development include feature film PENTESTER, which was selected to the 2023 Blacklist, with Sankara Pictures (Kings Speech) attached to produce. Also in development is THE TUNNEL, a TV series in development with Sheila Nortley (Supacell) at Osun Group, set up at ITV. Also in development is THE YACHT, a series in development at Green Acre Films.

In 2024 he lead directed on season 15 of Waterloo Road, and also directed a specialty episode for season 16 of Waterloo Road. Jesse's most recent credits include directing Love Is A Stranger, episode 4 of season 8's INSIDE NO 9, which received a 5 Star Review in The Times. He was also lead director on BBC One’s flagship return to WATERLOO ROAD (2022), seasons 11 and 12, for which he was nominated for the Victor Adebodun Award for Best Debut Director at the Edinburgh TV Festival.

Jesse's first feature film, CALLOUSED HANDS, starred Andre Royo (HBO's THE WIRE) and Daisy Haggard (BBC'S BACK TO LIFE). Produced through his own company Woolfcub Productions,  it screened in over 20 festivals around the world, garnering numerous awards.  Jesse's second feature film CAGEFIGHTER starred Gina Gershon and Chuck Liddell, and was released in select theaters in 2020, followed with a global online release on Crackle.

Jesse is a full member of BAFTA, Director's UK, WGGB, and the WGA. Additionally, he is an alum of numerous writing labs and fellowships including the Royal Court Young Writer's Programme, Soho Theatre Writer's Attachment Programme, Berlinale Talent Campus, B3 Media Talent Lab, NALIP Latino Writer's Lab, and the BBC Writer's Room.

In his downtime he enjoys spending time with his family and training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, which he holds a Black Belt in. Jesse is represented by Gersh Agency in the US, Revolution Talent in the UK, and managed by Industry Entertainment.

Sean Glynn

Sean is an award-winning TV and film Director, currently working on Hollyoaks where he has been a series regular director since 2005. He has just finished filming an action packed late night episode of the continuing drama to celebrate the show’s 30th Anniversary. Other recent work can be seen in the opening episodes of the BBC’s Hope Street where he is the lead series director having shot the opening episodes to all 5 series.

His last short film ‘SnapCatch’ highlights the dark world of online grooming. It has won numerous festival awards and was made to support the Online Safety Bill, which was passed in Parliament in 2024. This follows the critically acclaimed ‘LeadBelly’, which was well received at international film festivals picking up Most Influential Film at the Horsetooth International Film Festival in Colorado.

He has been directing for 23 years on numerous continuing drama shows including 'London Kills' (BBC), 'Holby City' (BBC), 'Casualty' (BBC), 'The Dumping Ground' (BBC), 'The Case' (BBC), 'Missing' (BBC), 'Drop Dead Gorgeous' (BBC), 'Dream Team' (Sky One). 

He has won awards for Best Comedy Drama at the British Awards and Most Spectacular Scene at the British Soap Awards.

Sean is passionate about working with actors and has run successful screen acting workshops for a number of years. Sean’s sessions are collaborative, supportive and tailored to the actors requirements.

 This is a unique opportunity to learn directly from a director at the forefront of British television drama, develop your confidence in front of the camera, and deepen your understanding of the collaborative process behind screen storytelling.

Alex Browning

Alex Browning is a filmmaker and television director. Alex has directed over seventy episodes of scripted television including BBC One's three-part drama 'Granite Harbour' (S2), and many episodes of ITV's 'Emmerdale' and 'Coronation Street', Channel 4's 'Hollyoaks' and BBC's 'Eastenders' and 'The Dumping Ground'.

Alex has made a number of award-winning short films including 'Daylight Rules', a visionary genre film funded by SKY and BFI, starring T'Nia Miller (Marvel's 'VisionQuest') and David Ajala ('Star Trek: Discovery'). Alex has also directed hundreds of commercials and branded content for the likes of Google, TOPMAN, CNN and various tourism boards. 


As a sought after acting coach Alex aims to ignite the storyteller in all of us and guide actors in finding the emotional truth in every scene. His one-on-one sessions are known for being dynamic and wholly centred around each actors needs. 

Emma Lindley

Emma Lindley is an award-winning and highly experienced director and writer working on popular drama series and films in both the UK and US.


Her UK drama directing credits include multiple episodes of ‘Holby City’ (BBC1), ‘Hope Street’ [BBC1), Coronation Street’, ‘Emmerdale’ and award-winning teen series, ‘My Parents as Aliens’ and ‘24 Seven’(ITV). She is skilled in both single and multi-camera directing and equally happy in studio or on location.

Her authored shorts as writer-director have been shown at festivals around the world and on ITV/ Channel 4 and include child-bride drama, ‘Red River’, winner of three Best Film awards (London Short Film Festival). Her feature scripts as writer-director have been funded by South West Screen, shortlisted for Sundance Screenwriters Lab and selected for the UK Filmonomics development programme.

Emma’s work in the US includes directing two award-nominated arts documentaries for Ovation TV. She has a current 01 visa and is represented in the US by Stagecoach Entertainment and in
the UK by Linda Seifert Management.

 

Emma is a voting member of BAFTA and Directors UK and a guest lecturer in directing at NFTS and Met Film School.

Judith Dine

Judith Dine is a BAFTA & Rose D'OR winning television director with over 30 years’ experience in the industry. Currently directing Casualty (BBC), Coronation Street, and a top secret television drama due to shoot in 2026.

Judith will help you access your vulnerability, become organic in your approach to acting, and find truth in the characters you play.

Andrew Gunn

Andrew Gunn is an accomplished, versatile and highly visual director and optioned screenwriter whose diverse work encompasses premium drama, comedy, TV movies, features films and award-winning short films.

Having previously directed some of the most high-profile dramas of recent years, Andrew is currently in pre-production with his feature film THE FEARS, produced by Finite Films.

Andrew has had the pleasure of working with some of the UK’s most acclaimed actors including John Simm in the Emmy-winning and BAFTA nominated LIFE ON MARS, Matt Smith, Karen Gillan and Sophie Okonedo in DOCTOR WHO, Imelda Staunton in TV movie CLAY, David Morrissey, Harry Treadaway and Felicity Jones in CAPE WRATH, Mia McKenna-Bruce in GET EVEN, not to mention Olivia Colman, Andy Serkis and Ian Hart.

Andrew’s passion for compelling performance and potent visual storytelling is apparent from his exceptionally crafted episodes for Netflix, BBC, CH4 and ITV and his work on hit shows such as SURVIVORS, PRIMEVAL and the BAFTA-winning sitcom GREEN WING starring Stephen Mangan and Tamsin Greig, for which he created the signature visual style.

Prizes for his short films include two Royal Television Society Awards, and a Certificate of Merit at the Chicago International Film Festival.

Vicki Kisner

Vicki Kisner is an established film and television director whose character-driven storytelling has led her to helm episodes of some of the BBC’s most prestigious returning dramas, including BBC/ UKTV’s Shakespeare & Hathaway, BBC Flagship cosy crime period drama Father Brown, and police procedural Hope Street for BBC/BBC Northern Ireland and Britbox. She has also directed over 40 episodes of prime-time television across Casualty, EastEnders, and Hollyoaks, as well as children’s series The Dumping Ground and The Amelia Gething Complex, where she served as lead director. 

Known for her deep love of working with actors, Vicki is passionate about drawing out emotional, authentic performances and guiding casts through complex narrative terrain with clarity and sensitivity.

Born in Johannesburg and raised in London, Vicki brings a distinctive global perspective to her work. Her award-winning short film Sheila, shot in South Africa, screened internationally and earned multiple nominations and awards, highlighting her ability to craft powerful, emotionally resonant stories in challenging environments. A graduate of the Met Film School with an MA inFiction Directing, she was selected for Reykjavik Talent Lab, BAFTA Crew, and the Directors UK & ARRI Alexa Challenge, further cementing her reputation as an exciting creative voice.

Alongside her directing career, Vicki has extensive industry experience in development, having worked as a script reader for BBC Films, Film4, and Sony, and in production roles with leading companies including Constance Media and ParallelFilms. She has also collaborated with major studios such as Warner Bros. andParamount. Vicki is now developing and directing her debut feature, State of Emergency, set in South Africa, continuing her commitment to emotionally truthful storytelling that explores the complexities of human relationships and society.
