Industry disclaimer:
Our sessions are designed for actors to hone their craft under the guidance of top directors, as they would on sets or in rehearsal rooms. Any professional relationships that arise from these meetings are incidental - these sessions are not an audition.
Statement of Intent:
Directly is run by actors, and we are a very reasonable bunch. Our terms and conditions are designed to protect the director's time, our time, and ultimately - your reputation.
General:

Bookings are considered a request for a time with this director. If your chosen director is no longer available at your specified time, we will find you a different time or link you up with one of our other brilliant directors. If nothing works, you will receive a full refund.

Please come prepared and on time. Sessions will not be extended for actors who arrive late or need more time due to lack of preparation (un-learned lines, poor Zoom environment causing distractions). This will also reflect badly on you professionally. Get the most out of your session – prepare!

Please ensure you have good quality WIFI, a space where you won't be disturbed, and you are as well-lit as possible. We recommend testing your WIFI connection beforehand to minimise disruptions.

Our team will communicate with you in a timely fashion and promise to provide you with all of the necessary information. If you do not communicate in a timely manner, we accept no responsibility for lack of preparation as a result.
Code of conduct:

Any behaviour deemed unprofessional by the actor will be grounds for immediate termination of the session with no refund due. Examples of this behaviour can include (but are not limited to) racism, sexism, derogatory or personal comments, homophobia/ transphobia.
Refunds and Cancellations:

You have a two-hour window after booking where you can cancel and receive a full refund.

If you cancel or request to reschedule within 72 hours of your session, we will do our best to reschedule your session. If this is not possible, you will receive a 75% refund. This is to cover admin costs.

If you cancel or request to reschedule with less than 24 hours until your session, you will not receive a refund. We will try to reschedule your session, but this is not guaranteed.

Directors may cancel at any time. Our directors are top professionals, and as a result, are busy. They often have work commitments come up at the last minute. If a session must be cancelled and we can't reschedule in a reasonable period, you will be refunded in full.

Once started and/or completed, sessions are non-refundable.
